George has served as president of AC, Inc. since 2016, but his family has been part of the company since 1979. George’s father, George, Sr., became the controller of AC in 1979 and eventually assumed the role of President. George has worked as a corporate attorney in Huntsville, Alabama, since 1994, where he has represented companies in a variety of industries including government contracting and manufacturing. He has served, and continues to serve, the community in various positions including serving on boards and committees of such organizations as The Huntsville Rotary Club, The Arc of Madison County, Huntsville Symphony Orchestra Association and Community Foundation of Huntsville/Madison County.

Bo has over 25 years of experience as a CFO in the manufacturing, retail and service industries for both government contractors and commercial entities. Additional experience includes production planning, purchasing, program management and production set-up and lead. He has been with AC since 2007. Bo has a BS in Accounting from Athens State University.

Johnny has over 30 years experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management. He has been with AC Inc. since 2000 and has been the Quality Manager since 2002. Additionally, he provides his experience with machining,assembly and print interpretation as needed. Johnny has served as Safety Manager, Assembly Manager and now the Production Manager. He has had 20 plus years in leadership and is continuing to grow with his peers' for continued processes in production and customer relations. He continues to work with vendors and with customers to ensure healthy relationships throughout contracts and beyond.

Rick has 40 years working in quality and safety fields for the aerospace and defense industries, with strengths in contracts, drawing interpretation, application of AS/ISO standards/requirements, and quality management. He is currently certified as AS9100/ISO 9001 lead Quality Auditor, and has been with AC, Inc. since 2012. Rick has a Bachelor of Engineering from Tennessee Technological Institute.

As a 1994 graduate of Wallace State with an Associates Degree in Precision Machining and CNC Technology, Randy has been involved in Aerospace, Defense, and NAVSEA Industries. He has 16 years experience in management including Quality Assurance, Machining, Programming, Sheet Metal, Assembly, and Production. Being well rounded in numerous departments makes Randy a valuable asset to the AC Team. He is currently pursuing a degree to be a Certified Quality Engineer.

Sheldon’s introduction to manufacturing began in 2006 designing racks for automotive manufacturers. Sheldon obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2017. His primary experience lies in machinery design and process improvement for maximum efficiency in production environments. His skill set includes SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Radan. Some of Sheldon’s other strengths include preventative maintenance programs and downtime reduction.
